How KFC original recipe fried chicken at home

Everyone loves the Colonel. KFC is without doubt one of the most popular fast food in North America. And the story of how Colonel Sanders went to knock on doors to try to sell his recipe is legendary.

Of course, the recipe that I am referring, of KFC Original Recipe Fried Chicken. I guess the real recipe is locked up somewhere very safe, but if you want the colonel Fried Chicken at home, here's a pretty good alternative:

Pressure Cooker

This is whatYou need to get started:

• 6 cups of frying oil (Crisco works best)
× 1 egg
• 2 cups flour, all purpose cleaner
• 2 cups milk
• 4 tbsp. Salt
• 2 tsp. black pepper
× 1 teaspoon MSG (not good for you, but more important in the formulation)
• 2 chicken with skin (cut into 8 pieces)

Ideally, this chicken tastes like the real KFCOriginal recipe, you must use a pressure cooker. If you do not get their hands on one, just an ordinary home kitchen fryer, even though their temperature may be different.

Then, pour the oil in a pressure cooker and heat to about 400 degrees. When this happens, all combine to give the egg and milk in a bowl.
